What we sell

We sell second-hand and open-box electronic devices. Each listing describes one specific unit, and its condition is set out in the QC document and batch video published with it. You are buying that unit in the condition described, not a new device.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your order total is calculated by us at the time you place the order. If a listing shows an obviously incorrect price or the unit sells before your order is confirmed, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is confirmed only when we confirm it. Until then it is a request to buy.

Payment

Online payment is being added. Until it is live, our team contacts you after you place an order to confirm payment and dispatch. We never ask for card PINs, OTPs or UPI PINs — nobody from EZINIX will ever request them.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery timelines are set out on the Shipping page, return eligibility on the Returns & Refunds page, and warranty cover on the Warranty page. Those pages form part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you give us. We may refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud or resale of consumer stock at scale.

Bulk enquiries

Bulk enquiries submitted on the site are lead capture only. They create no obligation on either side until terms are agreed separately with our team.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of data on any device — back up and wipe your data before sending a device to us, and set up a device you receive as new.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
