How to cancel

Call +91 9211957576 or email info@ezinix.com with your order number. Orders move from Order placed to Packing to Shipped — while yours still shows Order placed or Packing in My Account, we can stop it.

After dispatch

Once the order shows Shipped we cannot cancel it. Refuse the delivery or raise a return within 7 days of delivery under the conditions on the Returns & Refunds page.

Refunds on cancelled orders

If you had already paid, the full amount goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the cancellation. Unpaid orders are simply closed and the unit is put back in stock.

When we cancel an order

• The unit fails a final check before packing.
• The unit was sold to another buyer before your payment cleared.
• The delivery address is outside the areas our courier serves, or the details cannot be verified.
